Alexandre P. Victor

1. EXECUTIVE PROFILE:

Alexandre P. Victor is a Canadian-Senegalese entrepreneur, social innovator, athlete development leader, and international community builder whose work has spanned Africa, North America, and the Caribbean for more than two decades.

A former university basketball player and lifelong advocate for youth development, Alexandre has built his career at the intersection of sport, education, culture, and community impact. Throughout his journey, he has consistently used basketball as a platform to create opportunities, develop leaders, strengthen communities, and build meaningful connections across borders.

His work has influenced hundreds of young people, facilitated millions of dollars in educational opportunities, developed athletic infrastructure across multiple countries, and created pathways that extend far beyond sport.

Today, Alexandre serves as Founder and President of SEED United, where he is leading the development of a first-of-its-kind athlete and youth development ecosystem connecting Africa, the Caribbean, and North America through basketball, education, culture, and opportunity.

2. FOUNDER'S JOURNEY:

Alexandre's story begins as a student-athlete.

Growing up in Canada with Haitian heritage, he experienced firsthand the transformative power of sport and the opportunities it can create when paired with education, mentorship, and community support. His experiences as a player, coach, entrepreneur, and mentor ultimately shaped a vision that would extend well beyond basketball itself.

What began as a passion for sport evolved into a lifelong commitment to creating access and opportunity for young people who may otherwise never receive it.

Over the last twenty-five years, Alexandre has built businesses, launched non-profit organizations, developed basketball academies, constructed athletic facilities, created international events, produced media projects, and established development pathways connecting young athletes from Africa and the diaspora to educational opportunities across North America.

His work reflects a simple but powerful belief:

Talent is universal. Opportunity is not.

3. ENTREPRENEURIAL FOUNDATION

Long before becoming known in international basketball circles, Alexandre built his reputation as an entrepreneur and organizational leader.

Beginning in the early 2000s, he launched and operated successful businesses while developing expertise in sales, operations, leadership, team development, facility management, marketing, and strategic growth. His entrepreneurial background spans multiple industries and provided the foundation for the organizational leadership skills that would later support large-scale sports and community initiatives.
